1cup Kale (finely chopped)

1 medium onion,

1clove fresh garlic crushed

1Tbs milk,

Oil (1tsp),

¼ tsp salt turmeric

1/4tsp, garlic powder

 Cayenne 1/4tsp.

Apart from the oil, mix all ingredients well together in a bowl. Place oil in pan and heat it hot. Pour in all the mixture and cook till mixture hardens enough to flip. When ready set it on a plate. Serve with toast or your choice of starch food, and your favorite morning drink.
